Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Time and Attendance Analyst:

Serve as a key contact for various departments, analyzing and correcting Time and Attendance data as needed. Support system upgrades, testing, and project initiatives within the Time and Attendance team. Manage high-volume processing and maintenance of time entry adjustments for both current and closed pay periods. Conduct research and analysis on position-related issues, collaborating with Payroll/HRIS teams for necessary adjustments. Develop advanced ad hoc reporting and handle special projects, including training team members on time and attendance systems.

Required Skills for Time and Attendance Analyst:

High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of related experience in payroll time and attendance processing. Proficiency in governmental payroll legislation, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Strong analytical skills with the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.
