IDR is seeking a UAT Support Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports user acceptance testing for an offender management system within a government agency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on testing experience and familiarity with the Mi-Case product to assist in the coordination and support of UAT activities.
Position Overview for the UAT Support Analyst:
- Support overall UAT coordination by liaising between the state agency, IT partners, and system integrators to facilitate testing activities and track readiness tasks.
- Maintain and support UAT planning artifacts, including updating the master UAT Test Plan and Work Plan.
- Coordinate the defect management process, including scheduling triage meetings, tracking defect lifecycles, and documenting issues.
- Develop UAT reporting and communication materials, including status reports on testing progress, defects, and risks.
- Support client enablement and knowledge transfer activities through creating templates, frameworks, and guidance documents.
Requirements for the UAT Support Analyst:
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in business analysis, software testing, or quality assurance on system implementation projects.
- Must have experience with Mi-Case, an offender management system.
- Proven experience supporting or coordinating UAT efforts for large-scale projects.
- Hands-on defect tracking experience using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or SpiraTest.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and manage stakeholder communication.
