IDR is seeking a Usability Tester to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in usability testing and comfortable working independently in a virtual setting. Position Overview for the Usability Tester:
- Conduct usability testing to evaluate digital products and interfaces.
- Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and reports.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify user experience issues and suggest improvements.
- Participate in large-scale IT projects following Agile methodologies.
- Work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple workstreams.
Requirements for the Usability Tester:
- At least one (1) year of experience in usability testing, with working knowledge of programming languages and development platforms.
- A relevant certification or a Bachelor’s degree; additional qualifying experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
- Up to three (3) projects using usability testing tools and creating test plans.
- At least one (1) project experience working on large-scale IT projects in an Agile environment.
- Experience handling multiple workstreams and tracking user stories and bugs in a DevOps environment.
